What ID and paperwork are required?

You will need a valid government-issued photo ID. Additional paperwork depends on the service (e.g., an ORI number for fingerprinting or a physician order for phlebotomy).

How are results delivered?

Results are typically delivered through our secure digital portal. Some diagnostic lab results may also be sent directly to your ordering healthcare provider.

How do you handle HIPAA and privacy?

We adhere to strict HIPAA confidentiality protocols. All records are encrypted and identity verification data is handled with the highest security standards to ensure your privacy.

What is your service area and hours?

We serve Florida with mobile availability. Our standard hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with 24/7 priority response available.

How do I book or reschedule?
