Usage Agreement
Engaging with Dakota Diagnostics constitutes an agreement to our operational guidelines. We offer mobile laboratory services throughout Florida for various providers. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure a suitable environment and present valid identification. Our results are diagnostic only and not legal counsel.
Fees are processed upon scheduling. We require a 24-hour notice for any changes. Liability covers only paid fees.
